New Publicity Club Executive Administrator

It is my pleasure to announce that Susan Vaillancourt has joined the Publicity Club of New England as executive administrator. In this role, Susan is responsible for the day-to-day activities for the club, supports membership in all of their needs, and helps the board develop and disseminate timely communications, as well as create and deliver interesting monthly programs and the annual Bell Ringers ceremony.

A public relations practitioner with more than 15 years of corporate and agency experience, Susan brings to the Publicity Club of New England a solid background in public relations. She also has strong customer service and financial management skills. Susan formally learned the ins and outs of good customer service at Romano’s Macaroni Grill in Addison, Texas (the company’s second location in the country) where she spent her college years hosting, waiting tables, and singing opera. She honed those skills and developed a dedication to financial management while working as a financial services representative and quality associate for Fidelity Investments. In addition to impressive professional experience and qualifications, Susan is creative, kind and has a warm sense of humor.
